Executive Coaching in D&I focuses on issues arising from dealing with others from divergent classes, ethnicities, races, genders, sexual orientation and so on. 

Coaching that coincides with Mindfulness training tends to also include issues that relate to equanimity and presence.

Executive coaching is aimed at improving the performance of executives within an organization. The role of the coach is to expose blind spots and challenge the executive to achieve greater levels of success than they could on their own.
