Rising trends in polarities and xenophobia have emerged recently. At the same time, Diversity and Inclusion, once uncommon terminology, have become mainstream.

To keep abreast of organizational initiatives in D&I, I am seeking organizations who are interested in collaborating in D&I research. With global D&I research, we can establish benchmarks and best practices to measure against our organizations.

Annual D&I think tanks will be held where members can learn of this current data and meet others who are actively promoting D&I within their organizations and communities.
