My Role

 As User Researcher Operations Lead:

·      Be able to shape the user research operations practice at NBIN

·      Build relationships with our client relationship managers to understand and invite clients into the product development process

·      Conduct research activities to condense and represent client needs across the various personas

·      Help the project teams work towards solving client problems vs. building feature

·      Be a curator of client needs and insights for the product team to plan the roadmap

·      Accelerate the learning velocity of the product development team by creating a channel for research about problems, designs and the product

·      Work with the development team to instrument behavioural analytics that measures outcomes and informs planning activities
